• These designs are not recommended for use on any site with banner ads. If you need a place to call your own, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you .
• A link back to Tart Graphics (After Dark) is required. Or, if you really don't want that, for a $5 licensing fee the link can be removed.
• Do not use any part of these designs for a commercial site.
• Do not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any of our graphics without our specific written permission.  This also includes using any image to create other web sets, graphics, filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other software plugins.
• Templates are not to be redistributed in any way, form, or fashion -- including sharing it with friends or adding it to a "graphic collection".  It is intended for use by one person...that would be you, my dear.
• Our templates may be used on adult content sites -- however, none of our graphics or templates may be used on any site promoting or containing child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse, porn, or illegal activity.  You will be asked to remove our graphics immediately if they are found to be used on such a site.
• Please don't try to sneak around any of these rules. We do check the sites that use our work. Don't make us get mean.
